Q: Do you offer the Professional Assembly Service on all products?

A: The assembly service is only available on Jacked Up Fitness Power Racks because each requires several hours and typically two people to assemble fully.

Q: How does the assembly service work?

A: After purchasing our Professional Assembly Service on eligible products, you will receive an email from the Nationwide third-party installers with the following steps so you can schedule a day and time for assembly.

Q: What comes with the Professional Assembly Service?

A: You are purchasing full assembly and installation of the base power rack unit only—including any attachments and stack weights (if applicable) in the crate. It does not include the assembly of any other attachments you purchased separately.

Q: What happens in the unlikely event there is no professional assembler in my area?

A: In the unlikely event we do not have a partner technician in your area, we will refund the cost of assembly service. We have assembly videos, manuals, and technicians available to walk you through the build process or answer any questions virtually.

Q: Will the technician bring the equipment to my room of choice?

A: No, you are responsible for having the equipment in the location it will be assembled before the technician arrives.

Q: Will the installers remove the packaging after installation?

A: No, you will be responsible for removing and disposing of the pallet and all packaging material.

Q: What do I need to do before the installers arrive?

A: There are a few things you need to do before the installation team arrives, including:

  • Remove all debris from the area.
  • Ensure there is ample space to unpack and assemble the unit.
  • Ensure access to an electric power outlet that is working correctly within 200' of the assembly area.

NOTE: An adult customer must be at the job site during the entire installation.

NOTE: Please arrange for pets and children to be in a separate room during the whole installation process.
