After a misunderstanding on the bench availability after I purchased it and not knowing it was on back order, the management team gave me a prompt refund. They did not force me to return some of the items that came with the package as that would have been too difficult to return. The machine itself is a beauty and probably one of the smoothest smith machines I have ever used. The versatility of being able to execute a variety of exercise that in other times would require a separate machine in the past is amazing.
